Your personal information is collected through a few ways, but only when you offer it.  When you use our contact form, you may provide your email address, name, phone number or other details.  We retain that information, and may share it within our organization, so that we can respond to your contact.  If you register for training or for an event, the contact information you provide allows us to send you information.  If the event is an online webinar, your contact information may be used to to reserve a place for you in our online web conferencing solution(s).  You may also contact us and request that we remove your email address from our database, and we will fully comply with your request.

Newsletters:
Crucial Leaders may offer one or more newsletters to support the interests of those we serve.  Each newsletter contains links at the bottom of the message for unsubscribing from that newsletter, or subscribing for those that wish to receive the newsletter.  You can unsubscribe at any time by following the provided link.
 
Online Payments:
Our online payment form and services are provided and maintained by PayPal.  All transactions are processed according to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).  Crucial Leaders does not see or retain any credit card information.  We are notified when payments are made, and the notification includes the date and time of the payment, the name of the person or organization paying, and the amount.  When you pay through our payment form and provide a valid email address, you will be sent a receipt.
 
Third party websites and services:

We provide links to third party websites and services.  Those sites are outside of our control and we cannot manage cookies or other tools those websites may use.  You should read the privacy policy and consents available on those sites to manage your privacy.  You can always change the privacy and cookie management settings in your web browser, and most web browsers will allow you to delete cookies from specific websites.
